Greetings Barb & Graham! I hope this finds you well.

We stayed with you back in early January 2010 as we were on our honeymoon. What a treat it was! You are both not only professional but down-to-earth and truly welcoming and accommodating. We were only a few days into our 2 week tour of New Zealand, but as we found out, Coromandel was one of the big highlights of our entire trip. Barb, your meals were absolutely fantastic and not to be missed, and Graham, Garett loved kayaking so much he's taken it up as a hobby and we're planning to buy kayaks soon. You have the perfect property nestled in the hills and with spectacular views of the ocean - we are envious! I only wish we could have stayed longer. If ever we are fortunate enough to make it back to New Zealand, we will most definitely look you up.

I promised photos so, finally, here they are. I included the group photo so you have a memory of us.

Brilliant location, excellent accommodation with lovely views. Great homemade food and super hospitality from Barbara and Graham. Would recommend Forestmist unreservedly and we will certainly return if we are lucky enough to re-visit the Coromandel peninsula. Added bonuses were Charlie the dog, wonderful orange marmalade, and Barbara's successful remedy for undiagnosed allergy!

One of the best B&B's I have stayed at with the warmest & most welcoming hosts. The views from the property were stunning and was in a great location for easy access to the more remote parts of the peninsula. Very relaxing & clean environment to stay in. I still dream about Barb's home cooked dinners.... delicious, as was the continental breakfast with freshly brewed coffee in the mornings. Thoroughly enjoyed drinking red wine in the spa on the deck & watching shooting stars above. Thanks again.
